Dato Dr David Koh graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science. He was a lecturer at Taylor’s College before moving into property development and since 1979,he has been the Managing Director of KLS Properties Sdn Bhd, a developer of townships, residential houses, condominiums, shop offices and industrial factories. He was conferred Datoship in 1990 by HM Sultan of Selangor. For his contribution to the University of New South Wales Alumni Chapter as President (1999-2007), he was honored with a Doctor of Science Honoris Causa in 2004 by the University.
Dato Koh is also the Deputy Executive Chairman of Connect County Holdings Berhad.

Executive Director/CEO

Lim Ech Chan holds a Professional Diploma in Town Planning (Glasgow) and is a Chartered Town Planner by profession. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Planners, Malaysian Board of Town Planners and Royal Town Planning Institute, United Kingdom. He started his career in the Town Planning department of Kuala Lumpur City Hall, where he served for more than 10 years before joining the private sector.
He was the General Manager of MCB Holdings Berhad and was also the Director of Planning with the GDP Architects Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s premier Architectural and Planning Consultancy firm prior to joining Ireka Group of Companies. He was appointed the Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and has completed the following projects in Mont’ Kiara- i-ZEN@Kiara I, i-ZEN@Kiara II, Tiffani, Kiaraville, 1 Mont’ Kiara and SENI Mont’ Kiara.



Tony Tan Nyap Keong
Director (Legal)

Tony Tan completed his secondary education in Geelong Grammar and graduated from the University of Tasmania, Australia with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and Administration and then read law at Lincoln’s Inn, England. He was called to the English Bar in July 1979 and to the Malaysian Bar in 1980. He is now an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He is also the founding partner of the legal firm of N.K. Tan & Rahim.
He is on the Board of Directors of APFT Bhd, Connect County Holdings Bhd and CVM Minerals Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
As a lawyer for 31 years, he is well-versed in general law including conveyance, corporate, litigation and commercial law. Tony Tan handles legal matters for the Group.



Lee Kok Yan
General Manager (Project)

Lee Kok Yan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Preston University, United States.
He started his career as a Project Engineer with Utraco Structural Systems Pte Ltd and was in Singapore for about 4 years before his return to Malaysia. He was the Project Manager in Renewed Development Sdn Bhd and Seloga Holdings Berhad group. He was the Senior Manager in Sunway City Berhad before he joined Plenitude Berhad as General Manager.



Eddy Tan Theng Por
General Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Eddy Tan graduated in UK with BA Business studies majoring in Marketing in 1985.
He was the Chief Operating Officer for FEH Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Far East Holdings International Limited listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 1995-2008. He was responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the group’s property development in Klang Valley, Singapore, Bangkok and Thailand. As the Head of Marketing for Mayland Group of Companies from 2008-2011, he was responsible for all the marketing plans and activities for the Group in Klang Valley and Johor.
